Laurence has spent almost 40 years working in the London insurance market, most of which was with Aon.
He worked alongside Steve for many years and, during the final decade of his career, managed one of the largest placement books into the UK market.
Since retiring in 2024, Laurence has taken on consultancy roles, using his knowledge and experience to help businesses improve their broking capabilities for the benefit of their clients.
As an ambassador for the MND Foundation, Laurence uses his experience, contacts and relationships to help raise funds and increase awareness of Motor Neurone Disease.
