Cheryl began her career at Hambros Bank in 1981 before moving to Reuters in 1983, where she worked across corporate finance, business administration and data administration.
She was part of the initial administration team involved in establishing new reporting systems for the buying and selling of third-party data. As the department grew to manage global third-party data administration, Cheryl progressed into the role of Business Analyst.
After taking voluntary redundancy in 2001 to spend more time with her family, Cheryl went on to work with the National Centre for Social Research and M&S Bank. She is now retired and volunteers with the database team at St Luke’s Hospice.
Cheryl is proud to support the MND Foundation as Treasurer.
