Sarah is a Mental Health First Aid Instructor with a warm, compassionate and practical approach to supporting others. After more than three decades working as an Executive Assistant, she now brings her organisation, determination and positive “can do” attitude to helping people through challenging situations.
Andrew Thompson is an experienced commercial insurance broker and Regional Director at Alan Boswell Group. He founded Andrew Thompson & Associates in 2010 and continues to lead the Group’s Ipswich operation. Alongside his professional career, Andrew has supported a range of charitable causes through fundraising since 2009.
She is passionate about helping families feel heard and understood, encouraging open conversations and raising greater awareness of the condition. Sarah also supports the Foundation’s ambition to improve care and support for people living with MND and their families.
