Today, we honour two incredible men who are not only bravely fighting Motor Neurone Disease (MND), but also dedicating their lives to making a difference.
Alex Gibson was diagnosed with MND in 2018. Refusing to be defined by the disease, he founded Challenging MND, a charity committed to supporting individuals and families living with MND through physical challenges, awareness campaigns, and vital resources.
Steve Redgwell, also diagnosed in 2018, created the MND Foundation, an organisation focused on establishing MND hubs that offer coordinated, specialist care in a single visit. The foundation is also raising money for research to finding a cure for this devastating condition.
Their strength, determination, and compassion are helping change lives and bring hope to the MND community.
